I visited Berlin at the beginning of April and it was so so nice! It is very easy to meet new people, the international setting allows you to meet people from all around the world. I really enjoyed going to a rave and I’m sure I’ll be coming back for more!!

Mittenwald is a place out of dreams. At every bend in the road, you can see the Karwendel Mountains staring down at you, and I kept having this feeling of déjà vu, like I had seen this place somewhere before. Maybe it was in some childhood calendar or an old photograph where I was first mesmerized by the Alps. It felt like I was stepping into a memory I had carried for years without even realizing it. It was a very emotional trip. I ended up climbing Hoher Kranzberg, and as someone who isn’t...

Experienced a small village local life by staying with a friend, from February to April. Was told of the 'harshness/coldness' of German strangers, never encountered that, I was warmly welcomed and engaged with everywhere I went - both small towns and big cities. I will never look at my country‘s bread the same, we‘re doing something seriously wrong. Wish I could ship bulk laugen brotchen home. Scenery is stunning, sort of comforting landscape everywhere, and I didn’t even see Autumn. Love the...
Posted: April 24, 2026I'm currently doing an Erasmus there. There's a lot of places to visit. Great art galleries. The people there are especially very nice, I met a lot of people and now great friends. As a queer person you will be very welcomed

It's quite safe and queer friendly. A few areas are a little sketchy (lots of homeless people) but usually nothing happens if you just ignore weird people. I would recommend to be cautious around Neukölln/Kreuzberg and the U8. Lots of drug use and creepy people.
Posted: May 2, 2026Trier is safe during the day, at night it‘s okay as well but there may be some drunk or weird men in the City Centre, it’s best to ignore them. Busses don‘t always Drive that late, especially during weekdays so keep that in mind for Night Plans.
Posted: May 1, 2026It’s a small village with only 3000 people living there, so pretty safe, I’ve never heard about something happening there and I live there for over 20 years now, walk home by myself at night and never heard about anything bad happening there☺️

All in all Hamburg is quite the safe city. There are always regions where people wander around you don’t want to get involved with and at a certain hour at night you shouldn’t be around alone especially in the city center, the old town and as a flinta (female*) person. Hamburg is really intercultural, in the center left, open and queer friendly so let your colors shine ;)

all about meaningful connections, spontaneous adventures, and creating a safe, warm space wherever i go ✨ easygoing, respectful, and bringing good energy (and probably snacks). i enjoy deep talks just as much as random adventures and silly moments, and i’m always curious about different cultures, lifestyles, perspectives – and a little bit of magic in everyday life. find me at concerts or dancing at raves one day, and the next wandering through cafés, people watching or recharging in nature. for me, this is not just about a place to stay – it’s about exchanging experiences, building trust, and maybe even finding new friends around the world 💜

Hi, I am Dania Noman, an Applied Mathematics bachelors student at Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg Schweinfurt. Currently, I live in Würzburg. I am big into going to the gym, running occasionally, playing the guitar, reading books and studying ahaha. I love traveling hence why I am on this app and I would love to make friends that share the common interest of exploring. 🫶
