I loveddd loved loved Berlin this is definitely a perfect place to live in. I could find everything I've wanted. Also literally everyone I've interacted with was so sweet and helpful. There were such good shopping places and the food we tried was delicious.

I visited Berlin at the beginning of April and it was so so nice! It is very easy to meet new people, the international setting allows you to meet people from all around the world. I really enjoyed going to a rave and I’m sure I’ll be coming back for more!!

Mittenwald is a place out of dreams. At every bend in the road, you can see the Karwendel Mountains staring down at you, and I kept having this feeling of déjà vu, like I had seen this place somewhere before. Maybe it was in some childhood calendar or an old photograph where I was first mesmerized by the Alps. It felt like I was stepping into a memory I had carried for years without even realizing it. It was a very emotional trip. I ended up climbing Hoher Kranzberg, and as someone who isn’t...

Experienced a small village local life by staying with a friend, from February to April. Was told of the 'harshness/coldness' of German strangers, never encountered that, I was warmly welcomed and engaged with everywhere I went - both small towns and big cities. I will never look at my country‘s bread the same, we‘re doing something seriously wrong. Wish I could ship bulk laugen brotchen home. Scenery is stunning, sort of comforting landscape everywhere, and I didn’t even see Autumn. Love the...

all in all its safe. Its just suppose to be the most dangerous city in germany but I have never really felt unsafe. Its great to go out at night every part of the city but the „viertel“ is dead. Maybe dont hang out at the central station at night.
Posted: May 2, 2026It's quite safe and queer friendly. A few areas are a little sketchy (lots of homeless people) but usually nothing happens if you just ignore weird people. I would recommend to be cautious around Neukölln/Kreuzberg and the U8. Lots of drug use and creepy people.
Posted: May 2, 2026Trier is safe during the day, at night it‘s okay as well but there may be some drunk or weird men in the City Centre, it’s best to ignore them. Busses don‘t always Drive that late, especially during weekdays so keep that in mind for Night Plans.
Posted: May 1, 2026It’s a small village with only 3000 people living there, so pretty safe, I’ve never heard about something happening there and I live there for over 20 years now, walk home by myself at night and never heard about anything bad happening there☺️

Hi! Hola! Salut! Hallihallo! I am Bet. I am travelling solo since 3 years. I have been great experiences alone and meeting people on my way with whom I learned so much about life, love, food, academic stuffs and about myself. I love listening to music and I have a particular interest in people with whom I don't share the same point of view about life. I think the only way to learn about living is learnings from who think and live different of me: that is why I enjoy so much listening foreign music, eating new food and kearning languages. Feel free to ask 😎
