I went with my german class to Gotha in Thüringen, Germany, and it was nice. Not spectacular either but nice. I don't esp remember the budget but it was not really expensive if i remember correctly. It was nice communicating with German people and my group made me feel safe 👍. In activities i remember we did treetop adventure course, which was really nice. So yeah if you go to germany and go near this little town i recommend stopping there ! There was also a good museum of art there which i recommend :)

Cologne Cathedral was the best part of city. Entrance was free but outside view is better than inside. Also Hohenzollern Love Bridge was look colorful. The Bridge was walkable to opposite side. I loved Cologne as I love Germany.

My first time in Berlin was a solo trip. At first I was pretty nervous, but this city turned out to be one of my favourite places I've ever been to. It's really safe, public transport is amazing, and people are really nice and helpful when needed.

(Especially Rothenburg ob der tauber) - visit the Kölner dom - They have lots of good vegan candy to try! A little eh...😐 - I'm not a fan of dry and sugary cakes/cookies/buns, which was the case of most of the sweets I ate in Germany (but that's just me) - Very many traffic lights and weird crossings instead of safe roundabouts

I went to visit a friend and it was so funny. We cooked together, went to eat on the beach and went to the amusement park. The weather was kinda rainy but I enjoyed it a lot and I felt safe the time I was there.
Posted: August 5, 2025Experienced: July, 2025I travelled to Germany with an exchange program and it was my first time abroad. It was very disappointing. The family I stayed with was very kind but the overall experience was bad. German people would gossip about us in their language, which my friend caught on to as he knows german pretty well. They really didn't want to socialize with us and wherever we went, those people would act weirdly, weren't very open and often rude. There were lots of suspicious looking men everywhere too, so I felt unsafe. The activities we did (like biking in cold weather) were ridiculous and when I asked if they had any local food there, they could only think of kebab and sausuages. I don't recommend going there at all

Münster is a overall kind and happy place, everyone loves their bycycles, jumping into the water of the "Dortmund-Ems-Kanal" and being political arctive. There so many beautiful and green places. The majority of people want the city to be a peaceful place, so in order to provide this they behave like it :)
Posted: August 10, 2025Stralsund generally feels safe, especially in areas like the Old Town, Frankenvorstadt, and Hafenstadt, which I visit most often and live in. Public transport is calm. The most unpleasant encounters are usually with drunk people rather than truly dangerous individuals, and it’s usually easy to avoid them. Like in any city, some neighborhoods feel less comfortable, especially at night, but overall Stralsund is a quiet and peaceful place.
