I have been living in Münster for almost 5 years. In the city there are many students and I never felt unsafe, even at night when walking home from parties. In general, I the city is very safe and I have never heard also from my friends that they experienced dangerous situations

It’s very safe here, Germany in general is. I never experienced any kind of harassment around here, that happens mostly in bigger cities like Frankfurt or Berlin. I usually go to buy my groceries late at night and I never had any kind of trouble. Also getting home from a late night in public transport is great.
Posted: February 23, 2025It is a small city. As a black women I felt very safe walking through the streets at night ! I think like it nearly every city it is possible that you are being catcalled or something like that, but I think it is overall a safe city

Until now I never felt unsafe walking or riding my bike late at night. A lot of students live in the city and that makes it feel very safe. Also Münster has good public transportation, there are even a few nightbusses.

Of course and sadly, there are always some people who cause unsafety but in general i feel pretty safe living here and i mostly experienced nice encounters. The streets in Münster are really empty at night, i feel safe that way but i guess that depends on person to person :)

Over all it’s a pretty safe place for women, I walk home from work very late and feel comfortable. Besides that, Münster is not a huge and very crowded city, so sometimes I’m more worried that there is nobody to help me in case of need.
Posted: January 12, 2025A small and peaceful city, peoples very respectful. The majority here are students from all the world. There are many interesting things to visit. In general, it is a city that deserves to be visitied

Münster is a city with lots of university students. It's a cliche but it's got lots of vegans and even more bikes than people. While it's still a moderate city and I don't like being alone at night near the train station, I think it's a pretty safe town for women since young people tend to look out for each other.
Posted: December 25, 2024Münster sometimes feels like a little doll house to me. I‘m from a region in germany where the crime rates are way higher so to me münster feels extremely safe. Also there are always people arounf (joggers for example) so in most areas you‘re never really alone :)
Posted: December 23, 2024Münster is a pretty safe city in general, but I would still suggest to be cautious around the train station area and it's always good to be careful at night just in case. Depending on the environment you might run into some racism but you it's not completely bad.

Hey there! I’m Lisa and my little dog is 9 year old Lily. We’d like to travel together and get to know other women with or without dogs. We’re vegan and I’m a physical therapist and bellydance teacher. I’m not very experienced in travelling but this app sounded like I could start and not be so alone in a foreign city. Hope to meet you soon!

Hi, I'm Noemi. I live near Münster, Germany (20 minutes), I obviously love traveling and meeting new people xD I'm graduating from school in April 2025 and plan on traveling a lot in the time after graduation and before moving to Norway for a year ✨ What else? I'm bisexual, love myself a good (old) marvel movie or a crafts diy. I work with children a lot and like spending time outside as well as cooking and baking. Mind you I'm very chaotic tho :') Can't wait to meet you <3
