Altrip is a small village. Here everyone knows each other, which certainly makes it safe. Altrip is somewhat secluded but very lively; there are many places to eat, we have several lakes nearby, and in the summer we celebrate some concerts and events in the forest park. There are many nice people, and generally, everyone is very helpful. We have two larger cities near us: Ludwigshafen and Mannheim. As for my rating of public transportation, it relates to their punctuality. Sometimes they arrive 20 minutes early or 3 hours late or not at all. Otherwise, you are always very mobile and can reach everything quickly if you want to go to Ludwigshafen or Mannheim.
