Solo travel

Toruń is renowned for its gingerbread. I feel so safety.People are so lovely and helpful. Here is so historic place. Also the birthplace of Nicolaus Copernicus is here. Toruń is a former fortress. Its medieval walls featured 12 gates, over 60 keeps and two barbicans. There are museums. And every places is so close for walking ,If you get out Toruń miesto.

I believe that if you do not venture into remote areas and stay on well-lit roads, there is no need to panic. There are men who harass you downtown, just go into the crowd and act naturally. Woman Hours happen in bars in the Old Town.

I think it’s pretty safe but there’s always a chance of something happening like in every other city, people are mostly nice and respectful but there’s some that might be a bit troublesome, in the end i would recommend

Overall I would say it’s a really safe city. I have never been robbed but you never know how is behind you, especially in touristy places so I just have my bag with me. Public transport is very safe even if I come back home around midnight.

I think torun is a very safe city, i hardly ever hear about some bad incidents. i feel safe in public transport and never experienced something bad. of course there are some people who are dangerous but it is not something that happens often

I think that Torun is a safe place. I have never had a problem coming home in the evening. As anywhere, I do not recommend walking alone at night through dark streets. People usually don't bother you.
