I wouldn’t say Poznan is dangerous city. It’s in Poland which is safety in general. I go out a lot and never been attacked or even followed. People react when something bad is happening. Of course I do not like to walk alone in the night but even with my headphones I feel safe and pretty confident.
Posted: January 29, 2025It is just a small Village. If you act and look normal, nothing will happen to you. You just have to accept strange sighs of the other people if you look originally. Including this, Mokrzyska is a placeful place, near to way to Kraków, one of the popular cities in Poland.

Most od the city area is monitored by CCTV and well lit. City transport is also mosty monitored, and services as Uber are accessible. As of 2016, when Wrocław became the Europen Culture Capitol the safety increased.
Posted: January 27, 2025It's a small and calm city. Not many things to show but it has great restaurants and friendly people. It's close to Germany and is a great place to start your journey to the sea or in the mountains. Nearby there are beautiful lakes.
Posted: January 26, 2025Łódź is quite safe. There is plenty of international students, and there is more people from other countries coming to live here. However, some areas aren’t safe to walk alone for girls. It’s better to have your eyes open.
Posted: January 26, 2025Kościerzyna is a very quiet town. Often in the evenings there is not much going on here, if you are looking for peace, quiet, closeness to nature this is a good place for you. If you want nightlife, even on an evening walk then I recommend nearby Gdańsk.
Posted: January 26, 2025In my opinion it is a safe place. Ofc there r places I would not recommend going after dark but I guess it’s common in every cities to avoid some places. I have never been or seen any forms of aggressive harassment whatsoever. Personally I’ve only witnessed drunk/ homeless people talking/starting a conversation but not in a hateful way I would say and all I am saying is from young adult girl perspective.
Posted: January 26, 2025most parts of the city are quite safe, but there are some zones in the city that are filled with man just siting on the streets at 2 am drinking and screaming things to girls walking by. but since i live here i never heard any of my friends getting hurt or anything

In general Poland is a safe country. In some regions it's more or less dangerous. But in most cases robberies are not that significant because most of them involve shoplifting. Another thing is that Poland is homophobic especially in small towns

Krakow is a really nice city to do all kinds of stuff from laying on the beach ( you should visit zakrzówek) to going clubbing (just go to the old town there is a lot of pubs and clubs) You should try "obwarzanek" and pierogis. If you have a lot of time you can go to polish Mountain (zakopane) or visit some historical places like aushitz-birkenau.

Krakow! My heart goes out to you! 🫶🏼 What a magical experience. It honestly felt like waking up to Narnia everyday. The food was incredible. People can seem rude as hell, but I don’t mind it because once you talk with them they are such a joy! I visited Auschwitz and Birkenau and anyone should go. We also got “scammed” or fell in a tourist trap by following some shiny lights to a game arcade. I had to buy new winter boots because my shoes got drenched by all the snow. And I love the shoes so much. I can’t really list all the things I did while visiting. But I would do it all again and I will return.
