Lublin is pretty safe for everyone, i have never experienced any kind of personal harrasment. I guess if you want to walk alone at night throught Lubartowska you can change your mind SO you better not do it
Posted: December 26, 2024Its actually really safe, there are not many immigrants there are mostly polish people who are calm unless they are not on drugs. Avoid Wileński, east side of city is less save, and centrum station at night and riding uber to outskirts of the city .
Posted: December 26, 2024In my opinion Warsaw is a really safe place. Of course sometimes it can happen that some guy will call you on the street but I personally never experienced being followed or touched without my permission. I think It’s one of the safest cities in eastern Europe.
Posted: December 25, 2024tbh i feel very safe in Gdansk, and i’d say it goes for Poland overall. It’s a safe country. As a woman, I’m not scared going out by myself, even after dark. So, if you’re a woman and thinking of going to Poland alone and wondering if it’ll be safe - you don’t have to worry, it’s safe
Posted: December 25, 2024Wrocław is a rather safe city. I don't have many accouters of people that seem dangerous - of course sometimes you can observe some weird behavior but it's not far different from other cities i've been to. People here mostly mind their own business.
Posted: December 25, 2024It's definitely a very safe space, there have been like 2 real crimes in the past 10 years. I don't think anyone has ever reported being raped but it's a fear of mine, so I rated that I'm afraid of it happening. Don't worry tho - it's really calm here.

ostróda is as safe as poland is. i am not scared to walk alone even after its dark. i can even go to the forest near by alone and i’m not worried about my safety. i sometimes even forget to lock the door to my apartment and there wasn’t even one incident.
Posted: December 25, 2024It's pretty peaceful here, but as a woman I still have this unexplainable fear everywhere. It's definitely more unsafe for non polish people, but honestly it will shows up only verbally in most cases

i think that’s one of the safest cities in europe, i barely ever feel unsafe so i’m really glad i live here. i’ve never had any dangerous situation to be honest. I don’t know what else to say - just that it’s really comfortable place to live as a woman

Denmark
Krakow was my first solo trip ever and I’ve had half a day to explore the city between my flight connection to Aarhus. It turned out to be not as scary as I expected and although I was too petty to stay in the hotel for only 5 hours and decided to sleep on a bench in an airport, before, I had plenty of time to roam around and see AMAZING places. The thing I liked the most was the mix of old historical and contemporary architecture. Then goes the safety overall, I not one single time felt unsafe or tried to put my phone deeper in my pocket haha :). The prices were slightly lower than in Denmark, where I live right now. Overall, I underestimated Poland and next time I will go to (maybe?) Warsaw with my architect-student boyfriend to explore different corners of this beautiful country together! 🤟
Posted: December 25, 2024In the spring of 2024, I was in Krakow, Poland. I liked the country; the food was good, and the people were nice. The weather was pleasant too. I visited shopping centers, museums, and parks. I enjoyed this trip a lot.

hi there! my name is Malina 🐚 i work as a social media manager and freelance content creator. until recently i also worked in film (mostly costume design) but i switched to only remote work to be able to travel. i want to explore more of the world by myself, get to know people. really want to make friends so don’t be shy !! very happy to meet up wherever i’m traveling 🦦 this year i decided to become a digital nomad and i plan to mostly use worldpackers and volunteer in exchange for accommodation but sometimes i might need a stay for a week or less and couch-surfing is then my only option 🙈 due to nomading, i don’t have a place of my own currently so i can’t offer to host but if you’d like help with anything in return for hosting me, i’ll be happy to! be it housecleaning (although sadly i’m not a great cook so i don’t recommend myself for that), walking/playing with your pets, or even help with your social media, video/photography, whatever else!
