I think in general it’s a very safe city for locals and foreigners. I don’t really walk around worrying about my safety. Little worries are more about being socialised as a women who should be careful.

There are districts in Warsaw that you need to be especially careful of, such as Praga. Typically, however, there is no reason to feel threatened. There are always a lot of people everywhere, so there is no way anything could happen unnoticed.
Posted: December 9, 2024Warsaw is one of the safest cities in which i been so far. I’ve never had any dangerous situations and I wasn’t worried that something bad is going to happen. In public transportation there are cameras and in center of city you can see police officers.

In crowded spaces like Christmas market or trams there are sometimes pickpocketing and sexual harassment. At night I would be careful with drunk people, especially at the bar where they might put drugs to your drink.
Posted: December 1, 2024it is a small town in Poland, everyone knows each other, which makes any crime impossible. Poland is a tolerant country. Poland has always been considered one of the safest countries in Europe. small towns have this thing that people run away from them because they prefer bigger ones, that's why my town is safe.

In fact, the city is small and cozy. Everyone says that it is safe here, so there is nothing to be afraid of. There are a lot of students, sometimes they can drink or party at night, but there was no harm personally to me and my friends. But in any case, despite the fact that no matter how safe the city or village is, I ask you to always be wary and careful, girls!🙏🏻 Btw, everything seems to be fine with the nightlife here, my groupmates love going to pubs and clubs, they say it's fun! So welcome! ✨
Posted: November 27, 2024Generally safe, sometimes at night there are drunk people who may be aggresive towards each other and if you're paying attention towards you too - it may happen in the city centre or near Planty Park.

Lublin is small and most people know each other. There are places that are better avoided, such as specific districts. The city center is safe, often patrolled by the police. Of course, it is better to stay in pairs, but you can also travel alone.
Posted: November 24, 2024Gdańsk is a pretty safe destination. I’ve never had anything bad happen to me or the people i know. I still wouldn’t walk around by myself very late but that’s just being cautious. Crime rate is low and you shouldn’t be worried when exploring Gdańsk.
Posted: November 17, 2024It is pretty safe for girls and women in Warsaw. There are lights everywhere at night in the city centre. I live here for two years already and I had no dangerous or unpleasant situations. A year ago I could work till 1a.m., and came home by night buses and felt pretty safety.

In the spring of 2024, I was in Krakow, Poland. I liked the country; the food was good, and the people were nice. The weather was pleasant too. I visited shopping centers, museums, and parks. I enjoyed this trip a lot.
Posted: October 14, 2024My experience in Poland was very good. I met a few solo travelers there and we hiked together. There were halal food as well although it’s a little bit expensive for me but overall, it’s a good experience. The public transport is very easy to access but it’s a bit hard to communicate with locals since they’re not that good English. Overall, the country is very pretty.
