I’ve been living here since 2021 and since the very beginning I’m feeling safe. I walk alone in dark, very often use public transport. I’m not worried about wearing skirts etc.
Posted: May 19, 2025I think that in general it is safe in the center , on Piotrkowska street. But when it is getting dark or you are going to any district that is not in the center it is not very pleasant here So yeah don’t go alone in Lodz

I feel safe in poznan all incidents i heard about were in news but nothing ever happend to me or my friends. Sometimes u can meet weird homeless ppl that ask u sth but u can just ignore and go away and you are all good.
Posted: May 19, 2025Nothing bad has ever happened to me when I was at a party or just in the city center late in the evening or at night. Even when I was coming back alone at night, I felt safe on public transport or on the streets.
Posted: May 17, 2025Despite what people say I think this is one of the safest countries in Europe at the moment. I have never in my life been attacked or robbed or anyone in my family. I often walk home late after dark and feel safe but never let my focus down. Public transportation is very safe, rarely there are pickpockets or assaults.

- I did feel safe, there's a lot of people but everyone's minding their own business - There is a museum of dirt and soap and a water bus, a lot of restaurants - The costs of travelling there is average compared to other cities in Poland - You can go everywhere by bus and by tram. Bolt and Uber are available too. You can also rent a bike or scooter but you have to get a local app to unlock a ride.

Hello, I'm Raquel, as you can see on my profile. I'm Angolan, living in Poland. About me, I'm an outgoing girl. I like making friends, I like learning new languages. I'm curious in the kitchen. I'm the mother of a beautiful boy. Right now, we live in Lodz, and we love to travel. We've been taking a few trips to some cities in Poland. And it's been fantastic. It's something I've always wanted. To have my family, to be well. To be at peace with myself, with the people around me. And that's it. I'm here. Let's share our experiences. If you want to learn a language, get in touch with me.

Hi, I'm a solo backpacker currently on a gap year. I love meeting other travelers, crazy adventures and exploring places not many people know about and beautiful nature.
