Having called Warsaw home for over six years now, I can confidently say it’s an incredibly safe city for a woman living alone. The well-connected public transport, well-lit streets, and overall sense of security make getting around feel effortless, even late at night. People are respectful, and there’s a quiet comfort in knowing you can go about your day without worry. It’s the kind of city that lets you embrace independence while still feeling at ease.
Posted: March 5, 2025Extremely safe, both during the day and during the night (I don’t party though, so can’t say about this part). It’s safe to solo travel or to wear absolutely anything u want. Public transport super clean and safe as well

I feel really save in Warsaw. Of course sometimes some crime can happen but I’m not scared of walking alone or using public transport. Even when im wearing my headphones i feel save walking after dawn.

I believe that Warsaw is a relatively safe city for solo travel. There are many people and surveillance in the city center and popular tourist spots, which enhances the sense of security. Of course, as in any big city, it’s important to stay cautious, especially late at night.

I really like Warsaw. People are friendly. A lot of cute places. I live here. I've only had unpleasant situations here a few times in my life. I always walk home from the metro very late at night or even in the morning and it is always a pleasant journey. There is nothing to be afraid of. There are many helpful people around.
Posted: February 24, 2025Everyone usually minds their own business. If they're drunk, it's a bit worse, but in most situations, nobody will harm you. I wouldn't recommend Praga, especially North (Praga Północ) after dark or in general
Posted: February 16, 2025in my opinion its the safest city in the whole europe, people, especially young adults and teenagers are often very open and helpful to visitors (when you respect us as Poles as well), Poland has the lowest crime rate so that makes it worth visiting :) I think you would feel very safe here!

In my experience Warsaw is really safe city comparison to other capitals. As everywhere, I hear about some harassment’s, accidents and others but walking around alone is not a problem here. If you’re in Praga, Wawer or Ursus you can feel a bit less safe but Center, Mokotów, Ursynów - its a safe place to look around

Warsaw is a super safe city, as the whole Poland is. It’s a beautiful city, very green, with a lot of places to eat good food, museums or to just walk and enjoy the town in a daytime or in the nighttime. I’ve never experienced any harassment or any danger and I was living there my whole life . You can easily travel there, have fun and see what the capital has to offer. ☺️ If you’d have any questions feel free to contact me! 💕
Posted: February 14, 2025Poland is considered by many as the safest European country and I definitely agree with it. All my friends from outside the country brought it up to my attention. They all feel safe and so do I. I can recall many situations when I would be walking by myself at 3am in the center and any safety issues didn’t even cross my mind.

I felt safe, but at times I was a bit anxious. I mostly traveled alone, but a relative who lives there had already told me about the most popular and must-see places. 1. Muzeum Narodowe 2. The Royal Lazienki Museum 3. Museum/Palace Wilanow 4. Museum Fryderyka Chopina … I couldn’t quite enjoy the food. There was one place I loved, though, and I visited it multiple times to have pizza: Pizza by the Slice👌🏻
Posted: February 11, 2025We (3 girls) did not feel safe at all. We were visiting for only one day, but that was still enough for us to be assaulted by men 3 times and once we had to report an exhibicionist in a late night bus. Disgusting experience, i trust polish men no more
