Very unsafe place, i recommend better not going out as a girl by yourself at night. A lot of drug dillers everywhere and very suspicious people. Avoid all of the clubs here and be safe and take care of yourself

It’s completely safe during the daytime. It’s best to avoid Brzeska Street, especially at night, due to safety concerns. While the area has improved in recent years, it still has a reputation for criminal activity, including drug dealing. All woman know there’s no such thing as a 100% safe place at night, especially in big cities. Nothing extraordinary — just be cautious at night, as always.

In my opinion, Warsaw is safe city for girls, polish people are kind, but there are many tourists who could be strange sometimes. You can dress like you want, no problems with this. Try to find good people and company

I feel like Warsaw is a really safe city. I've lived here my whole life and never have I experienced any dangerous situation. I'm not scared to walk at night - for example when I'm coming home from a party. Public transport is really safe.

Actually Warsaw is pretty safe, but please be careful in the city center at weekends nights, there is a lot of police cars but just be careful to avoid drunk people :) also don’t recommend to walk after dark at Praga Północ and Stara Praga districts (it’s all on another side of the Visla river)

It’s safe for 60% in my opinion. Polish people definitely should not drinking and foreigners here also very dangerous. I feel better when I was with friends outside than on my own (especially by the night)
Posted: April 20, 2025In my opinion, Warsaw is a very safe city. I have lived here for almost a year and have never had any negative experiences, even though I often walk alone at night. Of course, like in any big city, it’s important to stay aware of your surroundings, but overall I feel comfortable and secure in most parts of Warsaw. Public transport is reliable and safe, even late at night. There are also many people around, and the city is well-lit in most areas. I’ve never felt threatened or in danger, even when walking home alone after dark. People are usually polite and mind their own business. While there might be some areas that feel less welcoming, especially late at night, I think Warsaw is generally a safe place for women.

Warsaw is VERY safe compared to to any other European city. You have to be careful at night in the center if your near the clubs but just like any other country, only that here it happens very rarely. You don’t have to be scared that you will get robbed at the train station or anywhere else basically. But if you want to take a walk in old town you can do it at night with no care in the world.
Posted: April 15, 2025It is generally safe in mornings, but at night there are plenty of people who are drunk. I’ve been here 3 years and nothing all happened. But it is good to be now that something can happen. And in the summer time it is safe at all i think

You can feel safe all night in public especially when you're with another person. Strangers always help if you have a problem. You don't have to worry about getting uber late at night, for me it was always peaceful and safe.

I felt safe, but at times I was a bit anxious. I mostly traveled alone, but a relative who lives there had already told me about the most popular and must-see places. 1. Muzeum Narodowe 2. The Royal Lazienki Museum 3. Museum/Palace Wilanow 4. Museum Fryderyka Chopina … I couldn’t quite enjoy the food. There was one place I loved, though, and I visited it multiple times to have pizza: Pizza by the Slice👌🏻
Posted: February 11, 2025We (3 girls) did not feel safe at all. We were visiting for only one day, but that was still enough for us to be assaulted by men 3 times and once we had to report an exhibicionist in a late night bus. Disgusting experience, i trust polish men no more

Hi! I'm Nika (it's short for Weronika but I really don't like being called by my full name). I'm 22 and I'm a third-year student at University of Warsaw (majoring in management). I love travelling and discovering new places - even at my own city. Though I live in Warsaw my whole life, I still like to wander around and find hidden gems. I love reading books, crocheting and going on walks. I also like to party with my friends and going hiking.

Hi, girls! I’m a 26-year-old QA Engineer who moved to Warsaw in 2022 from Belarus. I love traveling just as much as I enjoy cozy evenings with my Kindle or watching new K-Dramas. I enjoy trying new things — from sap surfing to ceramic classes to sound healing sessions, I’m all in!
