It's safe but ofcourse there are some drunk people but I've actually never experienced any bad interaction with them just try to mostly ignore them the are a lot of old people they are usually kind and sweet.

It's a small city where majority of clubs or late open places have closed during the pandemic. It's a city with health spa so majority are older people getting treatment. Nothing much going on during the year to be honest. Most of the people stay at home after dark and the streets are empty in the evenings. Since there's not much to do.
