Is Ulm Safe for Women? Crime Rate in Ulm

Ulm is generally safe place you won't feel any problem while traveling. It is a small city, and most of them are locals or students. I haven't seen any crime issues here. Even at night, the city center and residential areas are safe.

Ulm is pretty safe for solo travelers, as long as you don't stay out late at night especially near the Hauptbahnhof and Ehingertor. The crime rate etc. is quite low I'd say and most of the time it's very busy depending on where you are.

Ulm is very safe, like anywhere in this world woman gotta be a bit more careful alone at night, but it is still totally fine and I always feel safe, even at night alone. It is not that big of a city so it's easy to find your way around.

If you stay away from very dark places or of you feel worried abour Walking alone stay on Main streets. I only saw drunken brawls with some Guys in Front of a Club, but I never been involved in dangerous situations. So Ulm is very safe :)

Ulm is a very safe city. You don t feel afraid to walk around alone. It is a small city but very beautiful. You have access to the river Donau and the nature, even if you are in the center. It worths to visit it.

It is a small but beautiful city. There aren't people who attack you, and when it is dark, I can walk alone on the street. I want to live and work in this city because it is very comfortable for me and my life.

Ulm is great and there is no need to worry about exploring the city and surrounding as a female solo traveler. I think, as for every town, you need to be a bit extra cautious at night and avoid lonely dark places, since every place around the world has some black sheep’s not matching the main vibes and mentality of the city. During daytime you’ll be more than good! Even at night there is a certain saying which you can use as you feel like you are being followed or of any kind of harassment has happened to you. Bars and shops know the saying which helps to find help without having to explain what’s going on in detail. The police here is not corrupt and always reachable. You can even call certain numbers that give you company going home over the phone

I haven't made bad experiences in Ulm and I live there since a few years. I have heard that there have been some cases of KO drugs at partys but probably not more than there are in other cities as well.

Solo travel

I visited ulm zoo few weeks ago it was amazing specially the fishes🐠There where many kind of them.Also the weather was so nice.There was also a lake near the zoo that make the place more heautiful.I love it
