Überlingen is a save touristic city with many great surroundings areas. It's a town i grew up with which combines all ages. Through its location, it attracts many tourists from neighboring countries, therefore is very capable to adapt to different languages. People are friendly if you are friendly to them. They like to keep it tidy and everything in order. They might look grumpy but usually don't mean it.
Posted: April 29, 2025Überlingen is a very peaceful and safe city, which I would personally recommend for female solo travelers. The only criminal activities which are occurring sometimes in Überlingen are robberies on the street.
Posted: January 31, 2025Überlingen is a beautiful city. I was pnly visiting for one night but it was worth it. The old town was so pretty and I loved to sit with a book at the water and enjoy the sounds of my surroundings. I recommend taking a little walk around, around every corner there are so beautiful places.
