Rheine is a town of 80,000 inhabitants in the very north of North Rhine-Westphalia, on the border with Lower Saxony. The Dutch border is also not far away. I feel very safe here, even when I'm walking alone in the dark. I have never experienced any kind of psychological or physical violence here.
Posted: December 17, 2024You can do what you want all day and at night. I don´t feel scared of being outside in my hometown. I get out in the evening/night and never worried about something. Coming home from a party is no problem to be scared of.
