I‘d say Baden - Baden is pretty safe for women in general. Although you might feel a little anxious or uncomfortable around places like the train station or in the area outside the city Center at night. Nevertheless, apart from a few unpleasant conversations, I was never harassed or anything like that. But I would recommend not to go out alone in the evening, just to be safe. :)

The City it self is very safe, just the train station is a bit scary at night. you can walk through the whole city with no worries. living there is also harmless, no worries by that! just in Baden Oos it could look scary but it isnt.
Posted: February 20, 2025I’ve never been to a cite where I’ve felt as safe as here! The city is very quiet and clean. I walk comfortably alone at night and have only been sexually assaulted or harassed once. The only issue is that the public transportation is covered only by busses which don’t drive between 11pm and 5am (I think).
