How safe is Silopi?
I lived here for 4 years and the constant surveillance and police patrol allows me to go wherever I want whenever I want. People can look and stare, but it’s because they don’t know such boundaries. I haven’t experienced harassment because it’s a small city and people are afraid of what others might say since they all know each-other
