I can go out every hours. Just need to pay attention what to do and how to do. For example until 12 am or in the morning 6 am you’ll not feel alone but between you might be careful. No public transportation so you can use taxis.
Posted: March 31, 2025Generally safe city in Turkey, But the hours with public transport are generally safer until night 24.00, I don't think after midnight , dark hours in the world is completely safe . There is no need to walk on deserted streets at midnight, prefer central places
Posted: March 31, 2025You have to take care yourself.I usually use shoulder bag because i have to feel and see my bag. If my phone is in my pocket i touch it every second to feel it is there. I have my own peper spray and electric shock.Just in case.I was lucky i never been attacked by anyone. But some woman are not.Girls you have to walk like you are a man you have to confidently walk.A man said’ i want a kill somebody i saw a girl she look weak so i kill her’You seriously have to be careful .it’s a beautiful place but So many foreign people live here and sooo crowded you can’t find who did something
Posted: March 30, 2025It is fairly safe I believe that media kinda shows it as a this gangsta city but it’s just like most cities with two sides. You just have to know where to avoid etc. the is nothing to worry about in places like Turgut Ozal boulevard, ziya paşa.
Posted: March 28, 2025It’s safe place. People usually thinks Turkey is not safe place but this is not true. The maximum thing will be the looking at you but not a weird way because they don’t used to see foreigners they look at you just for 3-4 seconds and they are going to do whatever they do
Posted: March 27, 2025Ankara is a generally safe place to live and travel. It is really easy to use public transportation also. It is not usual that you can experience sexual harassment in Ankara. But you have to be safe in the nights especially in dangerous neighborhoods

Kadıköy is a safe area overall. At the center you can walk or stay with safely. I can say that it's a saved area in Istanbul, and for me it's the place which i most feel safe. But after 1-2 am at seaside which called Rıhtım, it would be good to be carefull. The upside of Kadıköy like Moda is much more safe for seaside.
Posted: March 27, 2025People who live in Fatih are nice people usually I feel safe in here but as a woman I feel like I have to be careful all the time but just so you know there is bad things happening here too it’s really hard to tell a place like %100 safe because you know bad people could be anywhere and we may not know that

In general, except the dangerous suburbs, I can say Izmir is safe. Tourists and different cultures always welcomes. During the day, I think it’s completely safe, you can walk around in peace and explore the city. But after dark, especially after midnight, it’s better to prefer crowded places to stay safe.
Posted: March 24, 2025Since I have lived in Istanbul for a long time and I am already a Turkish citizen, most situations seem normal to me. But especially the police density in tourism areas, security measures in the areas where schools are located feel safer. (We even joke that two of the three people in tourism areas are police.) (I got translate support while writing this part. 😊)

It’s my hometown actually so I stay at my grandma’s house. I don’t really remember a restaurant name 😬 but I can say that Mardin foods are delicious and if you go around there ( Mardin, Urfa, Antep, Diyarbakır, Hatay, Adana vs ) eat these ( İçli köfte, kaburga dolması, kebap,şekerli pide, ciğer, baklava katmer künefe vs )
Posted: March 26, 2025Well the traffic is really bad espacially during the rush hours. Apart from the traffic the view i took the picture was fascinating. The food around town is really great and you can actually find different cuisines from all around turkey and they worth to try
