Posted: April 23, 2025Eskişehir because is a student city is full of life and it’s pretty safe as a woman. But try to stay near the center where is so lively not in isolated locations. If you stay near the center where most cafes, restaurants, bars, malls are then it’s really safe. I’ve never been scared when being alone or with my girl friends. But if you stay in a very isolated location can be a bit scary cause there is no people around at least at night.
Posted: April 23, 2025Gaziosmanpasa is the most dangerous place in istanbul. I live here since I was child. I have many bad experiences in this town. Especially Sarıgöl neighborhood is very dangerous because a lot of gypsy was live there. And they are so rude people, not all of them but most of them are dangerous. If you came here be safe 🥺

It’s safe but some area Not everywhere You can't trust everyone cuz they are scammers and u should be aware of tjose people absolutely with those shoes cleaner in taksim area they drop the brush in ground and you will pickup it and call them about it And for this kindness they want you to clean your shoes and ask for money
Posted: April 21, 2025The central areas of Izmir are safe. Locations should be researched well before staying. Places like Bornkva, Karşıyaka, Alsancak are both close in terms of transportation and safer. Some places can be unsafe at night. I recommend staying in a more central location. Femicide is high in our country. Izmir is a little safer than other cities.

City centers and developed districts are pretty safe. Adapazarı, Serdivan and some others. Most of the time there are police cars around. I wouldn't advise being outside after 12am though; after that hour, %90 of the places close shop.
Posted: April 19, 2025ıt is definetly depend on which city are you in or even the location of this city and also ıt depends on the people you meet. Generally turkish people are very hospitable but late at night or in the desolete street you have to be carefull
Posted: April 18, 2025Please don't go to the streets others warned you about because even locals don't pass those places. Public places are usually safe. Especially if it's crowded. Don't be hesitant to call for help there are more people to help you

It's safe in general but you have to check the location that you visit. Especially at midnight. Some places like kadıköy, Beşiktaş, Üsküdar, Beyoğlu is safe in general. But make sure that you are not in backstreets.

I live in Balıkesir center and I generally think it is safe. But after 10 o'clock at night, most Places close and become less safe. Staying out at night can be dangerous. Others than that, I think İt's safe

I’ve had the most boring holiday imaginable due to how scared I was of stepping out of the hotel building. All inclusive hotel experience was never my thing, but there was nothing my parents could do besides bringing me along with them. Outside of the hotel there was little to no infrastructure. Houses were abandoned due to the tourism business kicking out all the locals. Men at the street markets were sooo creepy.

Turkey
Mardin is a historical city. It is famous for its stone houses and has very beautiful streets. The people are very tolerant. Mardin is a very nice place, in my opinion. I stayed there for more than three months and love it.
