Firstly, I have been living here for a long time so i used to live here and the culture of the district but i think some streets are so bad and some of them are kinda okay. I didn't live that much bad experiences but for foreigners i am not sure. To be honest, I don't recommend the district to stay or live for foreigners because it would be kinda bad for alone girl travelers. Maybe the streets which are close to the transportation area could be recommended.
Posted: June 17, 2025do not, do not visit there as a tourist!! the most dangerous place ever in turkiye, make sure you dont go there! if you must go then beware of highly crowded or desolated places, dont make eye contact with people who seem dangerous to you
Posted: June 6, 2025There are better places to stay, explore etc. especially for foreign women I don’t recommend to go… Not a touristic are even locals would avoid going if not necessary. Try exploring central parts of Istanbul don’t go to edges of both sides
