How safe is Bebek?
Beyzagül
Bebek, Etiler and Sarıyer. These places are rich luxurious places of Istanbul and safe to roam around freely even after dark. But always be careful to bystreets, as you can never really know who's there. Make sure you follow at least a stream of people going to some place, you don't want to go somewhere that nobody goes at night. I dont recommend staying at the hotels or somewhere at the Asian part of the Istanbul as people there tend to be more religious/conservative and can give you side eyes if you wear something revealing. Also you wouldn’t feel as safe too. In the European side of Istanbul, the places closer to the Bosphorus are better.
