Is Hanover worth visiting?

Solo travel

I felt safe, but most of the food was greek or Schnitzel there was almost no other kind of meat, it was really cold even if it was august and there was not much to do, just going to the mall and stuff like that, I did like an asian place that had "red curry rice" in the hannover train station mall, it was the best food I tried there, and after 2 years, I still miss it

I think Hannover is a great city to travel. It’s big and modern, which attracts me a lot. I’ve definitely had a great time there. And also I love the buildings there. It’s not single but different kinds of. I love this Variety. It’s like the people there, from different countries and have different views.

Mostly it is quite safe, but anyway I have a little bit fear to walk alone after dark. Especially at the main train station it could be a little bit dangerous since there are usually gathering drug addicted.

Hanover is very safe but I would still recommend to pay attention when you’re at the train/tram-stations at night (or dark areas in general), since there can always be people wondering around looking for someone to bother.
