we felt safe during the day but sometimes when it got dark, there were a lot of wannabe-gangsters around the bus stations. but nothing bad ever happened. we recommend pretty much all the sights we visited, the golden room was very pretty and there's a lot of detail so you could spend hours looking at the murals, the fuggerei was interesting, there's a dig site right beside the dome... we lived in an airbnb outside of the city centre, about an 20min bus ride to the main attractions. the busses drove regularly and we had no issue getting around. the biggest problems we had was with leaving our luggage at the train stations. we could not find a safe to put them in so we had to leave early.

Over all very safe. there are a lot of university students, so the is some nightlife, but since there live a lot of middle aged people it’s also very very low in crime or the lack of safety. there may be a weird guy in public transport, but they never do anything more than staring. so it kinda can make you feel uncomfortable but nothing ever happens really

I think that you can feel safe as a woman in Augsburg. Any time there is an event they have a lot of police, firemen and ambulances there just in case because drunk people can get rowdy. Other than that there is also police doing there rounds on usual days.

Hello everyone! 🫶🏾 My name is Laila, and I’m a 28-year-old who loves meeting new people from all over the world. I’m an open-minded and polite person who respects everyone and enjoys learning about different cultures. I discovered my passion for traveling two years ago, and since then, I can’t get enough of exploring new places! I also love cooking and trying out different cuisines. Looking forward to making new connections and sharing great experiences together! 😊 I’m a fresh divorced single mom, who is ready for new experiences. I would love to if you don’t mind that I maybe take my 6 years old daughter with me. 🫂
