The city is intense — busy streets, iconic views at every corner, and a mix of cultures that makes you feel like you're everywhere and nowhere at once. Highlights? Walking along the South Bank at sunset, stumbling into cute bookshops in Soho, and the unbeatable people-watching in Camden. It’s not exactly a “restful” destination (bring good shoes and patience), but it’s definitely unforgettable.

Hey ladies 😊, I visited London last year and I was truly amazed. It's very nice for solo travelling. I felt safe all the time, on the train, buses, and streets. I really liked fish and chips and the traditional English breakfast. It was much better than expected. I must admit I spent more money than I intended to. London is an expensive city, but I feel like every big tourist city is expensive. If you manage your money well, you will be fine. The transportation in London is sooo easy. The trains arrive every 5 minutes. I had a travel card with me that showed every train stop and the direction, I also had Google Maps. Must-see things are Borough Market and eating a beaf burger there. Another must-visit is Camden Town. There are tons of things you can do in London, from visiting famous museums to watching a musical to booking a harry potter tour. whatever you decide to do, if you go, I hope you have an amazing time there. 🌺🤍

The streets are clean, the souvenirs were super cute! And most of it costs £1 🤭 I was there for only 1 day but I will go back soon, because of the athmosfere everywhere and the city❤ ps. there's a wi-fi everywhere so you dont have to worry if you dont have an internet
Posted: June 9, 2025I went for the concert there in 2019 and a lot of people told me that I need to be careful cuz I might get robbed but at the end, we saw the whole London, we were on foot and didn't go on the bus! It was really safe there, nobody approached us that they would acted suspicious and we had the best time od our lives
Posted: June 1, 2025It was my first solo trip since I was staying near by with a group of friends, but in a different city of the UK. Overall I felt safe, obviously I had to be aware of myself and of my belongings, but I didn’t experience any harassment overall. In the palace I got overwhelmed because of the massive amount of people that were there but the green areas that surrounded the Palace are lovely and perfect to take a break. I was on a students budget so I only carry with me 10€, I used approximately 5€ for the transport and 5€ for the food, since I arrived on a train that I paid previously. A great tip is that if you pay the public transport with the same debit card in one day, it gets to a limit of about 3.5€, so that if you keep paying your trips with that same card it won’t charge you more, so they are basically free trips. It only applies with debit cards and within the safe day. And the food I bought the Meal-Deal that the Sainsbury’s store has where you can chose 1 meal 1 beverage and 1 snack for around 3.50€ , I bought it twice in the day and for me it was enough

London im most places is safe but you really need to be aware of surroundings as things do happen on a regular basis. I have never personally had anything go wrong but a lot of my friends have, so do be wary
Posted: July 5, 2025If it’s after dark in a quiet area I usually get a taxi I would avoid public transport at antisocial hours if alone Phone theft is a big thing also in London I personally have not experienced anything bad and I’ve lived in London my whole life but it’s about being mindful of where you are and avoiding certain types of people and not engaging even if you want to be polite as safety is priority
