Is Brighton worth visiting?

I went to Brighton alone and I can say that I felt quite safe there. There are many bright lights at night, from the station to the beach. North Laine was my favorite area, there are many cool shops there. I would also recommend the restaurant "We love falafel", absolutely amazing food.

it’s fine it’s just like a normal city with crime and normal people. i wouldn’t say im scared but that could be because im from here but nothing really happens in brighton it’s mostly domestic violence

Brighton is very safe. It has some characters of its own, as it comes with being a vibrant city. Since its close to London, Ive heard that recently the crime rates on the streets increased a bit more, but I never experienced it myself, and I always feel safe enough walking around town, even at night.
