Hey! I’m originally a New Yorker, and have been living abroad in the UK for 5 years now. I have no plans to return home and want to see as much of the world as possible. I currently work in Urban Design and Landscape Architecture as a PhD researcher. Because of this I love to see new places, especially nature and outdoor adventures. I’m always up for anything to do with permaculture, farm stays, delicious food and good times with new friends.

Hi, I'm Tammy. Freshly divorced and starting all over again. I plan on travelling this year. Before I go in Feb, i'd be happy to show you around my local area of London. I leave on the 27h Jan and plan on visiting west Africa and hopefully east Africa. Senegal, the Gambia, Sierra Leone, cape Verde. Zanzibar, Madagascar, Uganda, Rwanda. But I'm very much open to see where life takes me. I plan on starting writing which has always been a hobby but I'm marrying my passion of researching history and I'm going to try to write a book. I'm also an independent travel agent so will be writing a blog and vlogging about my trips to the African continent. Possibly spend 6 months there. After that, maybe India, maybe south america.

I went to London last May to meet one of my favourite singer and the overall trip was just a dream come true !! I got to see all my favourite places but also eat a proper English breakfast and go to Nando’s (one of my favourite restaurants haha) with a friend and it was so fun ! I stayed in an hostel and it was quite nice even if not the most comfortable. I definitely recommend doing little trips like this one !!!
Posted: February 4, 2025The activities in London are plently and a lot are free or not very expensive. The architecture is pretty for some part of London. The food is expensive and the sellers in Camden Market are very intrusive. They make you taste a simple of their product and then they are trying to make you pay a whole plate of food even if you say that you do not want to buy from them.
