Solo travel

I went to visit a friend and it was so funny. We cooked together, went to eat on the beach and went to the amusement park. The weather was kinda rainy but I enjoyed it a lot and I felt safe the time I was there.

Family travel

I felt safe most of the times but in a certain places like Hauptbahnhof or St. Pauli, I try not to pass those places by walking. I also sometimes didnt feel safe at public transports because of the Hijab i wear. Besides that I think Hamburg is wonderful. Ot has bith the criwded streets like Mönckebergstraße and boat trips from Landungsbrücken. I would %100 recommend you to go to Elbphilarmoni buildng. Its free to enter and you can see all the city from its balcony.

Family travel

I felt safe, i just had to watch out on the streets with clubs. I would recommend going to Kunsthalle museum and if you like going out then Reeperbahn. My restaurant recommendation is block house. I stayed at my sister’s so she drove me around but there is local bus and a train.

We were in Hamburg. The city has many activities. Like take a boat trip. I was at the musical "Harry Potter and the cursed chıld". The city library is huge. In the basement, used/old books, audio books, films and games are sold at a reasonable price.

Solo travel

I felt most of the time safe. Around the trainstations in Hamburg it is not that safe. Especially at Hauptbahnhof. I liked the Bunker. There you can go up for free and have a beautiful view over the city. Additionally I was in "Naschcafé" which i can recommend. The food there is really good. Also "Falafelprinz" at Schanze. You can get there cheap Falafelwraps. If you like to go into a museum, you should try "Deichtorhallen" or "Kunst und Gewerbe". All in all, it was a really nice trip.

If don't go alone in the nights to the Harburg or Reeperbahn areas it will be fine. Normally all of the girls in the city will help you if you don't feel safe. I like to travel with the U Bahn and stay at the cctv areas to feel safe. Everywhere who is alcohol in the game will be risky I think thats normal

Usually safe, nothing ever happened to me but you here some crazy stuff in the news sometimes that someone was hurt right down the street. Also stay away from the junkies at the central stations and don't make eye contact with them, they are usually harmless but don't provoke them...

I generally feel rather safe in Hamburg during the day. In the evenings, especially in crowded places like the main train station, I feel rather unsafe. I usually carry something like pepper spray with me to feel safer.

In a lot of places there is police especially in the “szeneviertel” like the Kiez but there are also in some parts of Hamburg a lot of sketchy people to look out for. But in here rap I would say especially at daytime Hamburg ist a very safe city

Hamburg is very Safe, no Need to be anxious. In any district you can walk alone, even in the night. The mainstation is a place i wouldn’t be around in the late night as woman , cuz there are some drug addicts and homeless
