Solo travel

Took a walk around Cardiff Centre and Cardiff Bay. Be it parks, museums, souvenir shops, or interesting little shops, Cardiff Centre has a lot to offer. If you’re around Cardiff Market, I recommend trying the panzarroti from Franco’s Street Food!

Solo travel

I visited Wales for the first time this year. I only managed to see Cardiff, but I liked this city much more than I expected. I was also shocked at how affordable prices were there compared to many other places, especially considering that I came from London.

Cardiff is a super safe city in the day time, so solo travellers don’t need to worry at all! In terms of at night, Welsh people are super super lovely and there will always be people around to help, however some people get far too drunk at night (the men) and can compromise you feeling safe. However, I have been a student here for 2 years and actually find it one of the safest cities in the UK
