How safe is Airlie Beach for solo female travelers?

Solo travel

Very nice but small Great views, great tours. But needs to be planed with a good budget as the tours are a bit pricey Lots of mosquitos, sting season and wet season can change the plans a bit. Bus is 50 cents but if you don’t have a car 3 days is more than enough

Solo travel

I felt safe There's loads of young travellers backpacking or looking for temporary jobs The best activities and most beautiful places are very close (Whitsundays, Hamilton Island long Island and hayman( )

About me

I’m Inês, from Portugal! Came to Australia with my boyfriend and my life turned upside down and now it’s just me :) The last year was an adventure, but I got to travel to amazing places for 6 months. I love the beach, to explore, dark humor, an environment with completely different people and to cook and learn about international cuisine. Also love my ocasional hike and ocasional night out :) oh and I’m trying to get back on track with my workouts :)
