Coffs harbour is absolutely beautiful. Wonderful beach walks a plenty and a charming community. I stayed near the beach doing a house sitting position and it was lovely to walk to the market and the beach all within 5 minutes. I felt very safe even walking around at night.

Coffs Harbour is a regional town with a small population. Most suburbs are safe and I would feel comfortable walking around the city alone. I would be a little careful about walking in the main city at night if I didn’t know anyone because like most places there can be some petty crimes.
