Be careful of your wallet if you go to the market and don't fall for beggars scams. Besides that Senigallia is quite safe, just take precautions you'd take anywhere else
Posted: January 1, 2025Senigallia is a pretty small and turistic city because it has been developed along the seaside. During summer it's more alive, during winter there aren't many plans to do. People are not so confident and opened as the Italian stereotypical way of interacting, but if you have some doubts or ask for help, usually they will try to help you.

My city is safe. Nothing has never happened to me. The only thing that can happen is a bit of cat calling, but not so frequent. Robbing and stealing happens only in certain aereas of the city, but also there are not many cases

Senigallia is a safe city, maybe because it’s not that big, but you never hear about rape mugging or kidnapping on the news. Just sometimes there are people entering in summer houses during winter to steal, but it’s not very common.

Ho, I’m Ester, I’m a solo traveler. I love to travel and explore new cultures. I travelled in Portugal and Spain for 7 month with just my backpack and I loved it. I loved the freedom, I loved my space and time. I also had a bike trip in Albania were I found my actual boyfriend. I can’t wait to travel and explore more again.
