The Amalfi Coast is a very beautiful place to visit; it has gorgeous locations, and the local food is delicious. Traveling between Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, and Capri is very easy. It's worth staying at least 5 days. I arrived from Naples by bus, and it was a good option; everything is very safe.
Posted: December 10, 2023We spent a week on the Amalfi Coast and visited Sorrento, Naples, Capri, and took a boat trip along the coast to reach the small towns. It was beautiful, but I wouldn't go there again. There are so many people. Driving along the coast was, let's say, a challenge. The roads themselves weren't that bad, but the traffic was a nightmare. It was not possible to stop in any of the towns along the way because there simply were no available parking spaces. If you're going to this area in summer (we were there at the end of August), do yourself a favor and take a boat trip to see the towns.
