Orlando is a tourist Mecca and I always feel safe exploring all over town. Public transit isn’t used often here but I have always felt safe when I used it. I often walk alone at night in a variety of neighborhoods and never felt unsafe.
Posted: November 12, 2024Orlando feels mostly safe, but people can be rude for no reason. lots of line cutting, nasty remarks, and other things that could easily be made worse with confrontation. Traffic is also pretty bad, and doesn’t always feel very safe
Posted: November 7, 2024Orlando is for the most part safe. If you stick with the right crowds and in the right areas you will be ok. I think in general in Florida human trafficking is something to be vigilant of. Just stay in the public area and you should be safe.
Posted: July 16, 2024Some areas are safer than others, but areas like Pine Hills are especially dangerous and full of high crime rates. Though, there have been times where I am able to walk freely in downtown Orlando at night.
Posted: May 26, 2024Orlando is safe during the day especially if you stay in the more upscale areas. Avoid neighborhoods close to the theme parks. Don’t wander alone at night and don’t be downtown at night, but downtown Orlando is very safe during the day. Orlando is like any big city. Research the good and bad areas and be smart. It’s safer than most other big cities, but still has its fair share of crime and sketchy characters and a lot of tourist traps.
Posted: April 15, 2024I would say that the well populated areas are very nice to explore. There are some rough areas but if you stay in the city it's no different from any major downtown area. Enjoy and have your fun!! You'll love it.

It was fun. Have to plan it very well as there are things you could budget and still enjoy everything they have to offer. Went to Disney world. Even ate at their restaurants and with everyone we paid roughly 2k all together. We planned when to even go for the rides and the events they had. Also book a airbnb might be better as I’ve heard the hotels in Disney aren’t that great. We had a pool in our house that we rented which was amazing and even a cinema room which we enjoyed at least once. We were only there for one week 😂. It was safe and we didn’t really have any problems.

Orlando was great! We stayed in an gated community house that felt super safe. We did some exploring. The food in this area we delicious anywhere we went. The fruit was super sweet. We were there for a training camp, and we usually return at least once a year.
