Like any city, stay vigilant. Some parts are better than others such as Midtown and the Plaza district. Bricktown can be fine, but I always recommend being with others when possible if you’re going to be out late.
Posted: July 19, 2025Like any city, Oklahoma City has areas that are very safe and areas that aren’t as safe. In general, I feel very safe here. The downtown area is relatively quiet and I haven’t had any issues. As long as you stay in areas that are meant to be walkable, then you should be fine!
Posted: September 30, 2024I traveled here for work and was so happy my firm was covering expenses because OKC is the best food spot! The food&drink scene here is underrated. I highly recommend getting an Oklahoma classic, the smash burger!
