How safe is Cartagena?

Cecilia

Cecilia

Cartagena is safe, but like in all places, it also depends on where you’re going, if you go to dangerous neighborhoods you probably will be in danger, more if you’re a foreigner, be careful with that girls. Places you shouldn’t go: Las 600, Los Mateos, Lo Campano. Be safe and write me if you need anything!! Xoxo
