How safe is Seville?

Generally safe, the biggest problem I've had is my bike stolen 3-4 times. I wouldn't wander around certain areas at late hours of the night for too long, definitely be careful if walking home by yourself while intoxicated.

I'd say Seville is a safe place to live in but as all girls know every place is a bit more dangerous if you're by yourself so i'd always recommend being careful when going out at night, try not to go back home alone, walk confidently and not to stay in places where you don't feel safe, specially as a tourist. During the day you should take care of your belongins when you're out and avoid the hoods around the city centre, specially Polígono Sur zone and maybe Polígono Nort

A beautiful and peaceful city, but like anywhere else, you need to take precautions, especially if you're alone and it's nighttime, just for safety. It has a lot of history and many places to visit. You can have a coffee on one of its terraces or watch the sunset on the Guadalquivir River.

It depends on the area of course, but I have never been catcalled or harassed in the street. I enjoy going on nightly walks alone and have never felt unsafe. I live in a residential area in the city but even walking into the center at night there is always a lot of people around and I have never felt unsafe.

Sevilla is a very safe city. Just stay away from the ghettos, and everything is going to be okay. Plus, it is very difficult for tourists to get there. Moreover, Sevilla is a very crowded city at night, so if anything happens to you, you just need to shout.

Well, it depends on the area. But there are very nice and pleasant people you will meet. You also need to know which places to go to or not, depending on the people that are actually on the street. But it's very beautiful.

Seville is a safe place, where everyone is always helpful and ready to help. Transport and walking on the streets is safe and locals help you always with your needs and questions. I feel really safe in the city

Seville is a pretty safe place. There are dangerous places like La Macarena, Los pajaritos, las 3000 viviendas. You should avoid those places if possible. Also Alameda at night can be dangerous cause there's drunk men and some don't have good intentions. If you are two girls or a girl that's not dressing too noticeable you might be fine. But I would be a little careful.

seville is faily safe, specially around the city centre. just need to be on the lookout at night and don’t walk about sketchy neighbourhoods. public transport is quite safe too, but might want to take an uber at night.

Seville is a city with a lot of street life and this is why you can feel safe on the street, because there will always be people! The center is a safe place, although you always have to be careful with pickpockets by taking care of your backpacks and bags. In the outskirts there is usually less movement, but even so I have always felt safe in this city and I usually return home alone with my bicycle every night I go out.

Solo travel

Sevilla was an amazing experience! The vibes were great & people very friendly! I really loved the flair that the orange trees give to this sunny city! Sharing Tapas with other Solo Travellers is a must do there! Just make sure to book your alcazar tickets in advance to not stand in a queue at 8am 🥲

Solo travel

I don’t think I ever have felt this safe in a big city. Not one single comment or look from other people, although I have not been out anything in the night. There is much to do and organizations who helps you with meeting new people and seeing the whole city!
