Depends on where but overall it's safe but you have to be careful in dark places expectedly when you are a girl. There can be drunk ore homeless people on the streets. The normally do nothing but it can happen

Eindhoven is just totally safe. People are easy going and everyone can just do their thing, no matter the place of time. Its similar to any other city in the Netherlands. However Eindhoven is quite smaller than for example Utrecht and Rotterdam, which gives it a more calm and peaceful vibe

As a girl in Eindhoven, I’ve always felt super safe here! Since everyone bikes around if anything is threatening you can just bike faster. The Netherlands is overall very safe, but I worked as a bartender for a while I biked back home between 3 and 7 in the morning every week and never ever ever got any problem! The only crime that happens here is bike theft but except that it’s only really safe

Eindhoven is very safe for solo travel/ for women. I have never experienced anything bad at night when bike through the city by myself. I think it is similar to other cities in the Netherlands. The public transport is safe and many things are easy to reach by bike and by foot. But always stay street smart and if you feel unsafe or do not have a good feeling at a certain area, take care of yourself or ask for help.

It is a really safe city for solo women, be careful your bike might get stolen :) besides that, avoid Kruistraat during evenings. The city is full of engineers, so it is really predictable and can be boring at times.

As a woman, I think you always feel a bit alert but I have never experienced any sort of unsafety and have never been in any experiences that have made me feel violated or unsafe. One can walk and bike around with no issue
