Small town with not a lot of people. The streets are usually completely empty at night. Always felt safe. Have not heard of petty theft happening, however avoid walking in the very desolate parts of town, because attack & roberry has happened (by members of marginalised minorities and extremely seldom tho').

You might (rarely) see drunken or loud local people in the center, but even the shady looking neighbourhoods are actually quiet and really safe. I spent a lot of time here as a kid/teenager and never have i had a bad experience on the street. I cannot speak for tourists. Anything might happen i guess, but the locals are usually very nice people. I like it here so much!
