About Me

Hi mie care! I'm a Turkish girl majoring in philosophy in Istanbul. Currently I'm in Pisa for my Erasmus studies and while I'm here why not visit some cities I've been wanting to see :] I'm also queer and pacifist so if you feel any animosity towards certain people or groups because of their sexuality, gender, race, religion etc. please do not engage ^-^ Feel free to text me if you want some advice or tips for your trip to Istanbul or Turkey in general

Went to Pisa to see a long distance friend of mine, i had already been there with my family when i was younger, i remember the main place (where the leaning tower is) was really busy with tourists and the bars near there were expensive, but if you stay for the night and go to the city center (10 min walk from the tower) you will find lots of shops, ice cream bars, etc. There are many many university students from all over italy and they usually all meet up in these bars. I felt safe with my friends both during the day and night, some creepy drunk men at very late night but just dont go near them… overall tho a very beautiful city!!

I found it to be a moderately safe city. The city was quite clean and well-maintained. Having a coffee in front of the tower was a delightful experience. It's a smaller city, easy to navigate. Overall, I enjoyed my time there.
