I went there in fall on a group trip and we went to bergamo Alta I think it is called, but I was the most beautiful place I have ever been 🩷 the locals are very sweet and the food is absolutely amazing 🤩

As someone with an American accent, I was not very well liked here, as to be expected in small town Italy. My partner and I got an excessive amount of stares and comments everywhere we went, mostly for the way we dressed or our body hair, etc. It is more of a place for an Italian tourist, not really an American or non-Italian for that matter.
