Hello ! I am a french librarian and after 10 years living in a big city I recently moved back to my hometown named Figeac. It is a wonderfull place in south West France, with lot of nature and stunning landscapes. I live in a big house in the countryside with my mom and my stepdad, and an other one with my dad. We have a lot of flowers, fruits and vegetables. The food is amazing. Feel free to ask me questions 🌻🌻🌻

Hi! I’m a born-and-raised Lilloise working in cultural events. I love sharing my city’s vibrant culture and food scene — if you’re visiting Lille, I’d be happy to be your local guide (and host!). I live in a shared house with two lovely girls, Marie and Mathilde — we’re all the same age and love welcoming people into our cozy home. When I’m not planning events, you’ll find me cooking, gaming, or doing artsy stuff with friends! I also live with Cookie, my sweet little cat — she loves meeting new people too! Always up for a city trip or road trip when I get the chance. Currently learning Spanish (my boyfriend is Mexican!), so Spanish-speaking guests are more than welcome.

Former Au pair in Amsterdam, I'm now a bookbinding student in the south of Paris, living in a small apartment under the rooftops :) I spent my childhood in Normandy around Rouen, and I would love to show you the city! I'm very calm and caring and I would love to meet new people 🌟

Traveling solo can be pretty intimidating, especially when you're young. And when you're a woman, it adds another layer of challenge with everything happening in the world today. That’s why I’m hoping to find good advice from fellow travelers, a sense of hospitality, and maybe even create some great memories along the way. Traveling brings me so much joy—it’s turned me from a shy girl into someone full of confidence. I can’t wait to repeat the experience!!!

Chamonix is pretty safe for women and families. It's basically the skiing place for rich people all over the world, so it is very expensive to do snow sports, but there are other activities like the swimming pool and sports facilities, eating fondue and hiking or sightseeing in the downtown.
Posted: June 12, 2025Experienced: March, 2025Paris is a beautiful city, you have a lot of things to do !! I didn’t feel safe going solo especially at night so moving in group is better. For the food try to go to some local and non touristic restaurants as they will be cheaper.
