Morgane
Chamonix
3 days
Hi! My name is Morgane. I'm a full time student back in my parent's (and my childhood) home in Les Houches, next to Chamonix, for summer break. I'm currently working in Chamonix, which is a 20 minutes bus ride away, and 10 minutes if you have a car. I'm a verry curious person. I enjoy cooking, sewing, climbing, paragliding, learning new things, solo travelling etc. I'm leaving at the end of July to go study in Korea, and will travel for one month in the south of Japan (Tsushima, Kyushu up to Kyoto)... If you are in Chamonix and looking for someone to hang out, or a place to crash, send a message, don't hesitate! My parents don't speak verry good English but are the sweetest people on earth...

We went hiking there for a long weekend and it was really great! Of course, the raclette and fondues were an unforgettable bonus, but above all the landscapes are magnificent (no surprise with Mont Blanc) and really make you want to go back.

Chamonix is pretty safe for women and families. It's basically the skiing place for rich people all over the world, so it is very expensive to do snow sports, but there are other activities like the swimming pool and sports facilities, eating fondue and hiking or sightseeing in the downtown.
