I would say tallahassee overall is okay. FSU is very safe. I was at the event that happened on campus last year which was very traumatic but overall there is nothing like that ever. the city is safe at night just make sure you have some sort of protection I guess

There are definitely more safe places than Tallahassee, but it’s not terrible. If you use precaution it’s fine, just be aware. I have yet to have a negative experience, but I do hear about crime, specifically theft, frequently on the news and from peers
