There are issues within certain neighborhoods, but no one who’s passing through is likely to have any issues. I had a roommate have sunglasses stolen out of her unlocked car, but that’s the most trouble I’ve ever seen. You’ll be fine! :)
Posted: May 27, 2024Salisbury NC is complicated when it comes to safety because it depends where you are & who you are. Downtown Salisbury at night is not as safe during the time because of the lack of people around. Salisbury has had issues of violent & property crime. I feel safe going to social/public events and parks if there are other people around and it’s daylight. I would not walk around downtown Salisbury at night by myself.
