Nice safe place to visit but one hour from airport! Right on the beach, warm in winter and spring. Pricey side. St. Petersburg, FL is budget friendly, quick to airport, free trolleys on beach. No need for car hire
Posted: June 4, 2024I went to Naples this summer. The port is beautiful, and the long street of various pizzerias and food places is really charming! I used Naples as a base and went to Pompeii, Mount Vesuvius, and Herculaneum. Naples was quite cheap, which was also an additional advantage.
