Clearwater is a pretty saft place from my experience. I have not worried about my safety at all, even when exploring at night. However, I would recommend always being vigilant as no place is ever 100% safe.

I walk to work, and then I walk back home afterwards. Sometimes, I get out of work at 10:00 at night, and I have never had a problem. I rarely experience old men being perverted towards me or my friends.

It’s pretty safe during the day, just mind your own business and you’ll be fine. Night life it might be different than during the daytime because most of the criminals are out at night and drunk. So just be careful who you meet.
