As long as you keep to yourself in public it should be fine, however of course there’s been a rise in phone’s being stolen/scams so it’s good to just be aware generally, typically feel safer in central where there’s a lot of people out at night as opposed to the quieter areas in zone 2 and beyond

Recently it got some bad reputation and people saying its getting sketchier, but tbh for a two ladies trip we did not get any complications, you may have to be careful in agglomerations just like any touristic city, but even at night i always felt like there was always someone to reach out in case you didnt felt safe like security at the pubs or the workers, everyone was so nice to us and we had a great experience
Posted: June 12, 2025I was in London on 31th December last year. People was everywhere, at the metro, on the streets. Also, the taxi or buses on the road. When I was at metro (Victoria Station) there was a lot of guards who were also really helpful if you didn't know something (which way to go or how to buy a ticket). For me, you don't have to worry and don't believe all of these 'scary' stories about walking alone in London. I was there alone I got only myself there, no friends, no family and I was feeling so good anyway❤

London is generally safe, well connected and with reliable transportation You do have to pay attention to your belongings in crowded places, particularly your phone as London is known for the phone snatchers

London is safe!! Just have your wits about you and use common sense, dont walk down dark quiet streets alone, dont have your phone out along the road and keep an eye on your drinks. I've lived here all my life and never had any issues apart from some creepy guys but theyre everywhere in the world unfortunately!
Posted: June 5, 2025London is quite safe especially outside of the Greater London area, where if people know you are a tourist there's a higher chance of getting scammed or stolen from. On the tube it's important to always hold on to your items and be aware in busy stations that nobody pickpockets you (there's often warnings in the bigger stations like Euston where you are told pickpockets operate at this train station). On any public transport if anyone sitting next to you is making you uncomfortable you can stand up and walk away or move carriages on the train. You're also able to call if anything happens to you on public transport. I would avoid the busses very late at night, as it can lead to uncomfortable situations with often drunk individuals. It's quite basic but avoiding any alleys after sunset is always good, and make sure that you walk on a street that is either busy or has open shops. Also, when navigating at any time you should keep your phone close to you as people sometimes steal them while riding on bikes... it's not too common, hasnt happened to me but it happens enough for it to be noteworthy, especially in busy streets as then anyone can snatch it.

Hey ladies 😊, I visited London last year and I was truly amazed. It's very nice for solo travelling. I felt safe all the time, on the train, buses, and streets. I really liked fish and chips and the traditional English breakfast. It was much better than expected. I must admit I spent more money than I intended to. London is an expensive city, but I feel like every big tourist city is expensive. If you manage your money well, you will be fine. The transportation in London is sooo easy. The trains arrive every 5 minutes. I had a travel card with me that showed every train stop and the direction, I also had Google Maps. Must-see things are Borough Market and eating a beaf burger there. Another must-visit is Camden Town. There are tons of things you can do in London, from visiting famous museums to watching a musical to booking a harry potter tour. whatever you decide to do, if you go, I hope you have an amazing time there. 🌺🤍

The streets are clean, the souvenirs were super cute! And most of it costs £1 🤭 I was there for only 1 day but I will go back soon, because of the athmosfere everywhere and the city❤ ps. there's a wi-fi everywhere so you dont have to worry if you dont have an internet
