How safe is Hampshire?

This is as safe as it gets I think. I mean, sex crime is a risk always and everywhere, let’s face it. I was raped first time aged 16 by a rich white guy in a rich area of London. So I never take safety from that for granted. But youknow, on a global scale, this is a privileged first world country so the risks are not elevated from the base line of no woman/female presenting person is ever really safe.
