Overall safe but still not 100%, some places should be avoided at night like Araby and Teleborg. People are friendly and will help you if you need any help but some people and groups are a bit creepy but I doubt they would do anything more than just creep you out.

In general Sweden is a very safe country. sometimes people from different countries in large groups can be intimidating, but the reality is that there’s nothing to worry about. You can feel free to walk alone or go outside at night.
Posted: July 11, 2024Vaxjo is a very calm place and greeny. There are beautiful lakes in the city and people are very kind. We have a bug university and lots of students live in the city. I love it. I think if you live nearby and want to hike it's a good place.

🐸✨🩵🧚🏻♂️💅🏼🦄🦋🐬🍄☘️🌸💫💫🌈🌏Peace on Earth and all that, revolution and just a really good hamburger. That’s what we all need isn’t it? (I’m social and talkative but can also shut up) love second hand clothing, veggie food, raves, trees and learning more about everything! Don’t like: things that destroy the environment and bad hamburgers. 🌏🌊🌊 🍓🍇🪬🍔🥂🍾 feel free to write to me if u want to show me around or hang out!

Hey there! I'm currently a researcher in southern Sweden who travels a lot, both for work and for fun. I love to meet people from all over the world. I would love to meet up if I'm travelling to a new country, so you can kindly show me new things to do in your city and hang out 😊 I am fluent in 4 languages and I'm learning one more. But I usually choose English to communicate. If you are travelling to the quaint town of Växjö in Sweden, I'll be happy to show you around and recommend places to eat. I like easygoing and understanding people, and would love to make more friends.
