Luleå is a small northern town. Incidents do tappen but overall very safe! I am not much of a nightlife kind of person so i cant speak much for that but i do think even that is probably rather safe but as always be aware and stay safe.
Posted: March 5, 2024I spent 2 weeks in Luleå chasing the northern lights. The whole city felt safe, never had any problems being a solo female traveler. I stayed at a local's place. They were very friendly and that helped with the cost, Luleå is expensive. I can only revommend Luleå, it was magical.
