Örebro is a small town in Sweden with low crime rate. Thing happen as in all places but we have low report of rapes and muggers. I walk alone after dark often, after work in the middle of the night. One minus with the town is poor lighting of the streets. Lighting of roads and so can often be broken which makes it feel less safe.
