I always feel safe in Uppsala during daytime, it’s just walking home alone when it’s dark because some places can be quite lonely at that hour. Therefor I prefer taking my bike to get home faster. But I do live a bit outside of the center so that’s also effecting my review, I would say if you stay in the city center or have company walking it’s completely fine!
