Yellowknife is a good place to see northern light. There are a lot of good tours to join (northern light, snow mobile, dog sledding, ice fishing, etc). They have Snow King festival in March to see snow castle, snow sculpture and some events.

Northern Canadian who adores travel! I’ve taken two trips around the globe, both about a year and a half long. I prefer nature to cities, but still love to see it all. I love the strong instant connection we make with fellow travellers. Looking to go out and explore the world again in the next few months! I love animals, books, tea, FOOOOOD, trekking, meditation and yoga. I’m a feminist, and want to continue to fight for an equitable world for all. ✌🏻🫶🏻
