It’s a safe place to be if you are in a public space and or with at least another person. I wouldn’t suggest being alone at night around town. The only reason I worrying about sexual assault or rape would be when going out drinking, lots of people get drugged. Just got to be cautious, I still go out every other weekend but I have friends with me that make sure I go home with them.
Posted: February 14, 2025It is fairly safe, a bit of theft and can sometimes be sketchy at night in downtown areas. Wouldn’t walk alone at night time, especially if female. Cabs can be bad, take local driving services like y-drive.
