Solo travel experience

I spent 2 nights in this seaside town. At one end of the promenade, there is a castle, and at the other end, there is a cliff railway, which leads up to a hill, from where there are views of the city and the sea. Felt very safe all the time.

About Me

Hi I’m a largely retired nurse who loves hiking the mountains and the coast. I like travelling and now I’m retired should have more time. I travel on a tight budget but finds this means I meet more people in hostels than I would in hotels which is fabulous. I love nature and the countryside but also learning about different people and cultures.
